The Craziest Children’s Ministry Awards!

I am yet to come across anyone in Children’s ministry who has been given a crazier award

than me.

You know there are the normal awards,

“Most committed”

“Most Creative”

And the list goes on and on.

I got those kind of awards but what I want to show you are THE craziest awards I have received.

If you can top the awards I have been given please share them with me! 🙂

Crazy right!

Now let me explain.

I know it looks bad but before you judge me, I really wanted to win.

But I think the person writing the descriptions was over exaggerating.

We were not maiming and injuring kids.

We were just making sure we got the ball at all costs……..haha

I am serious, no comment! (There is no defense against that) 🙂

I share these awards to have a laugh but at the end of the day, when we serve in Children’s

Ministry it’s not for awards.

We do it because we have a deep conviction that God has put us there.

And we do it because we love the children under our care.

That’s my hope at least.

Serving children is not to be taken lightly and is such a blessing!

Give it all you got.

I love what Colossians 3:23, 24 says,

“Put your heart and soul into every activity you do, as though you are

doing it for the Lord himself and not merely for others.

For we know that we will receive a reward, an inheritance from the Lord,

as we serve the Lord Yahweh, the Anointed One!”

(The Passion Translation)

Why do you show up every Sunday to serve in your Children’s Ministry?

I would love to hear your answers.

Comment below.

Bless you friends
